Hot salad with fish and bean sprouts

This hot salad is made with salted red fish, bean sprouts and green onions. Garlic and soy sauce are a great addition to this salad.

  1. Soak the fillets in cold water for 48 hours and then pat dry on paper towels. Cut the fillet into pieces.
  2. In a wok or other large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the pieces of fish, fry until golden brown. Transfer the fish to a paper towel, let cool slightly, and then break into pieces.
  3. Rinse the bean sprouts well and sort out the spoiled ones. Cut the green onion into 5 cm pieces.
  4. Drain the oil from the pan, leaving only 2 tablespoons. Warm up again. Put the garlic in the pan, fry until slightly golden. Add bean sprouts and fish, cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Put the green onions in the pan, cook the hot fish salad for about 1 minute more, pour over the soy sauce, cook the hot fish salad for about 1 more minute.
  6. Serve hot salad immediately.
