Hearty and simple dish - delicious hot sandwiches with cheese, egg and herbs. These nutritious croutons are super easy to prepare and will provide your body with energy for most of the day!

  1. Prepare all ingredients. It is most convenient to use toast bread, already sliced, but you can also make hot sandwiches from an ordinary loaf.
  2. Prepare the filling.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Rinse dill and green onion, dry and finely chop with a knife.
  4. In a deep bowl, combine cheese, green onions and dill. Beat in an egg.
  5. Add salt and pepper. Stir.
  6. Cut squares of toast bread diagonally. Spread cheese and greens filling on the resulting triangles of bread
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the sandwiches in the pan with the filling down. Fry over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Flip the croutons to the other side and brown them for about 1 more minute. The stuffing sticks well to the bread.
  9. Hot sandwiches with cheese and green onions are ready. Put the croutons on a plate, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
  10. Slightly crispy bread, salty cheese and bright, healthy fresh herbs - a very successful combination of products!
  11. Such sandwiches can be served with the first courses, and as a snack, and as a full meal.
