Preparing a sandwich in a baguette with ham, cheese and pear

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Cut the baguette into 4 pieces vertically, and then cut each piece in half horizontally. Collect almost all the pulp from the baguette, leaving about 1 cm of crumb on the crusts.
Peel the pear and cut into thin slices. Cut the ham into thin slices too.
Spread the jam in a thin layer on the cuts of the baguette base slices. Put half of the leaves of arugula on top, pear, ham and the remaining leaves of arugula (spinach) on them.
In a small bowl, mix cheese with chives. Apply this cheese mass to the slices of the top slices, cover them with arugula sandwiches. Brush the top of these sandwiches with vegetable oil.
Fold the sandwiches in a heat-resistant form, cover with foil and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve sandwiches hot.
