  1. Finely chop the ham.
  2. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Wash the tomato and bell pepper and finely chop.
  4. Rinse the greens and finely chop.
  5. Put the ham, cheese, tomato, bell pepper and greens in a bowl. Add sour cream, salt and ground black pepper.
  6. Mix everything well.
  7. Put the filling on the pieces of loaf.
  8. Put a dry frying pan on a slow fire, cover with a lid. After 30 seconds, remove the pan from the heat. Put sandwiches with ham, tomatoes, peppers and cheese in a pan. Cover the pan with a lid again. Send the pan to a minimum fire.
  9. After 3 minutes, hot sandwiches will be completely ready. You can turn off the fire and let the sandwiches stand for another 2 minutes under a closed lid.
