Sometimes you can afford not to count calories and have a snack that is not entirely healthy, but hearty and tasty sandwiches.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes or thin quarter rings.
  2. Pour in the salt.
  3. Lightly crush the onion with your hands and leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Onions will release juice, and sandwiches will turn out more fragrant.
  5. Crack an egg into the onion.
  6. Mix.
  7. Put the onion with the egg on the slices of bread.
  8. Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  9. Place slices of bread into hot oil, onion side down.
  10. Fry over low heat for 3 minutes. The onion should be browned, but still a little "crunchy".
  11. If desired, flip and brown the bread on the other side for 1 minute.
  12. Place hot sandwiches on paper towels, onion side down, to remove excess oil.
  13. If desired, decorate sandwiches with fresh herbs (finely chopped or leaves).
  14. Serve sandwiches with onion and egg hot with tea or coffee. Also, these hot sandwiches are very good with tomato juice.
  15. Bon appetit!
