Kamdi-cha is a very tasty potato salad.

Ingredients

  1. 200 grams of onion, peeled, washed and cut into strips.
  2. 200 grams of chicken or beef tenderloin washed, dried and cut into thin strips.
  3. We clean half a kilogram of potatoes, wash and cut into thin strips with a side of 2 millimeters.
  4. Wash the chopped potatoes with cold water, pour boiling water over high heat, bring to a boil and recline in a colander.
  5. Put in a bowl, if desired, you can rinse the potatoes with cold water.
  6. In a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat 50 milliliters of vegetable oil, lightly fry the chopped onion in it.
  7. Add prepared meat. Very quickly, within a few minutes, fry the meat over high heat. Then we turn off the fire.
  8. Add 0.5 teaspoon of crushed coriander seeds (cilantro), 0.5 teaspoon of red hot ground pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 30 milliliters of soy sauce, mix.
  9. Add meat to bowl with potatoes.
  10. There is also 1-2 minced garlic cloves.
  11. Add 30 milliliters of 5-7% vinegar and, if desired, chopped cilantro.
  12. Serve salad "Kamdi-cha" as a cold or hot appetizer.
