Kiwi Sorbet

Healthy and tasty ice cream sorbet that can be prepared for any occasion.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine the yoghurt with the cream in a saucepan. Put the mixture over medium heat, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  2. Pour the eggs into a dredging dish and cook in a water bath, whisking until the mixture thickens. Whisking vigorously, pour in the yoghurt and cream mixture in a thin stream. Add sugar, stir and let cool to room temperature. Then put the mixture in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  3. Chop candied fruits and almonds. Grate the zest. Add everything to the frozen mixture, stir. Return to freezer.
  4. Peel and cut kiwi into slices. Squeeze orange juice, mix with kiwi. Cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Add the icing sugar and beat in a food processor in a puree.
  6. Cool down. Transfer to a container and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove both frozen mixtures and place in bowls.
