  1. Grind the garlic and herbs. We cut the mushrooms into plates, the tomato into cubes.
  2. Brown the bacon and mushrooms on the grill.
  3. Flip over as it browns.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms and bacon.
  5. We unfold the lavash. If the sheet is large, then cut it in half. We spread two slices of cheese, half of the mushrooms and bacon on a sheet of pita bread. Sprinkle with a little garlic. Drizzle with ketchup, salt and pepper.
  6. We spread a part of the tomato and greens. Stepping back from the filling a few centimeters, grease the sheet with mustard.
  7. We wrap the pita bread with the filling in a roll, bending the edges so that the filling does not fall out.
  8. Lavash roll with mushrooms, cheese, bacon and tomato browned on both sides on the grill. The coals should not be very hot. We make sure that the pita bread does not burn too much.
