Delicate and tasty lavash roll with a juicy filling of cottage cheese, hard cheese and tomatoes canned in their own juice. We add cheese not only to the filling, but also sprinkle it on the surface of the roll. Such a roll is formed very quickly and simply and baked in the oven until the cheese is melted. An excellent appetizer that is good both hot and cold!

  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, ground pepper (black and red) and salt.
  2. Add an egg.
  3. We mix everything.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  5. We extract the tomatoes from the juice and cut into small cubes.
  6. Add tomatoes to curd.
  7. We also send half of the grated hard cheese there.
  8. We mix. The filling is ready.
  9. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  10. We spread a sheet of pita bread on the table. We evenly distribute the curd filling over the pita bread in a thin layer, retreating from the side edges by 3-4 cm.
  11. Slightly bend two opposite long edges of pita bread.
  12. Then we roll up the roll, bending the edges in the middle so that the filling does not flow out during baking.
  13. We cover the baking sheet with parchment. If the parchment is not siliconized, you can grease it with vegetable oil.
  14. Lay the roll of pita bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lubricate the roll with mayonnaise.
  15. Sprinkle the roll with the remaining cheese.
  16. We bake the roll in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 35 minutes, until browned.
  17. Finely chop the dill.
  18. Transfer the finished pita roll with cottage cheese, canned tomatoes and cheese to a plate, sprinkle with dill and serve.
