Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
We shred the cabbage.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden.
Add mince. Saute with the onions until tender - 10 minutes.
It's time to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Add carrots.
Add cabbage, mix everything and bring to readiness.
I don’t really like the taste of boiled cabbage and fry over high heat to quickly get rid of excess moisture. I use dishes in which moisture evaporates quickly - a wok.
At the end, add salt, pepper to taste and parsley.
Cool the filling slightly, distribute it over the pita bread and roll up a tight roll.
We coat the rolls well with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds (to your taste) and send them to a preheated oven.
We bake a pita roll with fried minced meat and vegetables in the oven for 10 minutes.
It turns out a crispy crust and a juicy and very tasty filling!
