Any filling - and it turns out to be pastries for tea, or even a roll for a snack!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. We shred the cabbage.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden.
  4. Add mince. Saute with the onions until tender - 10 minutes.
  5. It's time to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Add carrots.
  7. Add cabbage, mix everything and bring to readiness.
  8. I don’t really like the taste of boiled cabbage and fry over high heat to quickly get rid of excess moisture. I use dishes in which moisture evaporates quickly - a wok.
  9. At the end, add salt, pepper to taste and parsley.
  10. Cool the filling slightly, distribute it over the pita bread and roll up a tight roll.
  11. We coat the rolls well with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds (to your taste) and send them to a preheated oven.
  12. We bake a pita roll with fried minced meat and vegetables in the oven for 10 minutes.
  13. It turns out a crispy crust and a juicy and very tasty filling!
  14. Bon appetit!
