Lavash roll with rice, eggs and cheese

Lavash stuffed with rice, boiled eggs, cheese and green onions is an easy-to-prepare, tasty and satisfying dish. Such a pita roll can be taken for a picnic or just to diversify the daily menu.

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
  2. We also need parchment paper.
  3. Rice is thoroughly washed, poured with water (2 cups) and boiled until tender, 15 minutes after boiling. Drain the boiled rice in a colander.
  4. Boil 4 eggs, 10 minutes after boiling.
  5. Finely chop the green onion.
  6. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Peel the boiled eggs and chop finely.
  8. In a bowl, mix rice, eggs, cheese and onion. Salt and pepper. We mix.
  9. Crack the remaining two eggs and place in a bowl. Beat the eggs with a whisk.
  10. Turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  11. Cut each sheet of pita bread in half.
  12. Lubricate the pita bread with egg.
  13. Retreating a couple of centimeters from the edge of the pita bread, lay out the filling of rice, eggs, cheese and herbs.
  14. Bending the edges of the pita bread inward, roll it tightly into a roll.
