  1. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Add grated hard cheese, green onions, mayonnaise and sour cream to them.
  2. Mix everything.
  3. Cut pita bread into squares. Lay out the filling.
  4. Roll each square into tubes.
  5. Whisk eggs, salt and milk in a deep bowl.
  6. Dip each tube in batter.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the resulting tubules. Fry them until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot pita bread with cheese and eggs.
