Lavash rolls with meat, cheese and herbs

Lavash rolls with minced chicken, cheese and herbs are a quick snack for all occasions. If guests have come or your family asks you to cook something tasty, lavash meat rolls will always help you out. The rolls are tasty, satisfying and juicy, because the filling is prepared from minced meat, cheese and herbs. And the usual thin pita bread is taken as the basis.

  1. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  2. Finely chop the green onion and parsley.
  3. Mix minced meat, cheese and herbs in a bowl.
  4. Pour in kefir, it will make the filling even more juicy. Add spices: salt, black and red pepper.
  5. Red pepper can be replaced with paprika.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Put the minced meat on pita bread measuring 25x30 cm, leveling almost over the entire surface.
  8. Leave 4-5 cm free on one edge.
  9. Roll pita bread with meat filling into a roll.
  10. Cut the lavash roll into pieces. I got 4 rolls 7-8 cm wide. You can cut into smaller rolls, as you like.
  11. Shake the egg and mix with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk.
  12. You can salt a little.
  13. Dip the rolls in the egg.
  14. Turn on the oven, let it warm up to 190 degrees.
  15. Heat up the oil in a frying pan. Place pita bread rolls with meat, cheese and herbs into hot oil.
  16. Fry meatballs on both sides until golden brown.
  17. Put the fried pita rolls in a baking dish. Bake the rolls in the oven for 15 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
  18. Serve hot rolls.
