  3. We are preparing the stuffing.
  4. Cucumbers and sausage cut into small cubes.
  5. Shred the cabbage into medium strips.
  6. We rub the cheese on a large grater.
  7. Lubricate pita bread with sour cream, distributing it over the entire surface. We do this after preparing the filling, since pita bread can quickly get wet.
  8. We spread the cabbage on pita bread, smeared with sour cream, stepping back a little from the edge of the pita bread.
  9. Put the sausage on the cabbage.
  10. Lay the cucumbers on top of the sausage.
  11. Sprinkle the filling with cheese.
  12. We roll the pita bread with the filling into a tight roll.
  13. Thus we form the rest of the rolls.
  14. If the edges of the pita bread, like mine, did not wrap up a little (it all depends on the quality of the pita bread), do not worry, because they will seize during frying.
  15. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pita rolls with sausage, cabbage, cheese and pickles over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. First, fry two rolls, then the third.
  16. (If the pan is large, then you can fry three rolls at once.)
