Lavash tartlets with curd cream and caviar

If you suddenly forgot to purchase (or bake) tartlets on the eve of the holiday, I suggest you make them yourself from a sheet of thin pita bread. By placing any salad or cottage cheese cream in pita baskets, as in this recipe, you will make serving a delicious dish bright and spectacular.

  1. Spread a sheet of pita bread on a flat surface, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with dry paprika.
  2. Cut pita bread into small squares the size of a cupcake pan.
  3. Line each indentation with pita bread, folding it where necessary.
  4. Bake future tartlets in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 7-8 minutes until they become rosy and crispy.
  5. While the tartlets are drying, prepare the curd cream. Mix cottage cheese, chopped and peeled kiwi and peeled avocado in a blender.
  6. Salt to taste and add lemon juice.
  7. Put a spoonful of cream in each basket. You can lay it out with a pastry bag. Put 0.5 tsp on top of the cream. red caviar.
  8. Place all pita bread baskets with curd cream and caviar on a beautiful dish.
