Fried triangular envelopes made of thin pita bread with juicy fish filling are the perfect quick dish. As a filling, we will use canned tuna, hard cheese, eggs, tomato, dill and sour cream. Such pita breads will be a great alternative to boring sandwiches!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs (within 10 minutes after boiling) and cool in cold water.
  2. Peel the cooled boiled eggs from the shell and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Rinse the tomato, remove the growth site of the stalk. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Drain the juice.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Finely chop the dill.
  6. Drain liquid from canned tuna. I have shredded tuna. If you have whole pieces of fish, mash them with a fork.
  7. In a bowl, combine the prepared ingredients: cheese, tomatoes, eggs, fish and dill.
  8. Add sour cream, add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  9. Mix stuffing.
  10. Spread thin pita bread on a work surface.
  11. Cut the pita bread into strips about 8-9 cm thick. I got 5 pieces.
  12. Form triangular pies. To do this, take one strip of pita bread and put 1/5 of the filling on one side.
  13. Holding the filling, connect one of the corners of the pita strip with the opposite side of the strip.
  14. Then place the resulting triangle on the free part of the pita, closing the filling on one more side.
  15. Continue flipping the triangle in different directions until you get a triangular pie with the filling closed on all sides.
  16. Thus, form 4 more triangular patties.
  17. Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the pita bread over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
  18. Lavash triangles with tuna, cheese and eggs are ready!
  19. Everyone will like such lazy lavash pies with fish filling! They are convenient to take with you on the road, on a picnic, to school or to work.
  20. Bon appetit!
