Lavash is simply a miracle of cooking. You can do so many delicious things with it! And most importantly, quickly, if there is a piece of boiled or fried chicken in the refrigerator. I recommend a quick dinner - pita bread with chicken and vegetables.

  1. Boil the chicken thigh or fillet in advance until tender (about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool down. Clean the meat from the bones, cut into pieces. Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Peel, wash and grate carrots. You can use ready-made Korean carrots.
  3. Spread pita bread on the table. Mix mayonnaise with ketchup. Lubricate pita bread with this sauce.
  4. Lay out a layer of chicken, salt and pepper to taste. And then put a layer of cabbage, add mayonnaise. Can be mixed.
  5. Then a layer of Korean carrots.
  6. Roll pita bread with chicken and vegetables into an envelope or roll.
  7. Lubricate the top of the pita roll with chicken with soft butter.
  8. Bake pita roll with chicken and vegetables in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Or you can brown in a pan on both sides.
  9. Lavash with chicken and vegetables is ready.
