Lavash with chicken, olives and fried onions, cooked in the oven, will be not only an appetizing snack, but also a full dinner, as it is quite satisfying.

  1. Grind the raw fillet with a blender or meat grinder to a fine consistency. Crack a raw egg into it.
  2. Squeeze the garlic through a press or chop it very finely with a knife, add to the meat.
  3. Add a little salt and ready-made chicken seasoning.
  4. Small dill also add to the meat. Now everything can be mixed.
  5. Prepare large onions.
  6. Cut the onion into pieces of any shape.
  7. Fry. When the onion is almost ready, pour soy sauce over it.
  8. Simmer for about a minute and then transfer to a bowl.
  9. Cut the pita bread into 2 halves lengthwise, then into pieces about 10 cm wide.
  10. Spread the pieces of pita bread with mayonnaise.
  11. Spread a small amount of meat thinly with a spoon.
  12. Spread the fried onion on top.
  13. You can also sprinkle with finely chopped olives or pickles.
  14. Fold the strip of filling in thirds.
  15. Put on a dry sheet and top with mayonnaise. Bake pita bread with chicken filling at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
