The popular "snack" combination of cheese, eggs, and greens makes a great filling for smart little puff pastry curls in this recipe. Such "one bite" rolls are suitable for both a festive table and for everyday use, both for a snack and for tea, coffee, broth or soup. If you like quick baking recipes, take note.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all items on the list.
  2. Puff pastry needs to be defrosted in advance (I have 2 layers).
  3. Pour the eggs in a saucepan with water and cook from the moment it boils for 10 minutes.
  4. Then cool the eggs under running cold water.
  5. Peel the cooled eggs from the shell and grate on a medium grater into a bowl.
  6. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater into a bowl with eggs.
  7. Wash all greens (onions, dill and parsley), shake off moisture and finely chop.
  8. Add greens to cheese and eggs.
  9. Mix the ingredients - the filling is ready.
  10. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  11. Roll out one sheet of dough a little.
  12. Stepping back from the edges, lay out half of the filling along one side in the entire length of the layer.
  13. Roll up the roll.
  14. Do the same with the second layer of dough.
  15. After cut the rolls with washers.
  16. Line a baking sheet or baking sheet with parchment and place the rolls there at a distance from each other with the cuts up.
  17. Shake the yolk and grease the rolls with it.
  18. Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  19. Serve ready-made puff rolls with egg, cheese and greens on the table while still hot. But even cold, such rolls remain tasty.
  20. Bon appetit!
