Simple and tasty unsweetened curd pancakes on kefir with filling, which really taste very much like pies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Instead of kefir, you can use sour milk or a mixture of milk and kefir.
  2. You can come up with absolutely any filling - both sweet and savory: cottage cheese, mushrooms, chicken, eggs with onions, or fruits and berries.
  3. Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, beat in the egg and pour in 2/3 of the kefir. Salt. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Turn off the soda. To do this, pour it into the remaining kefir and mix.
  5. Add the sifted wheat flour to the curd mass. Stir.
  6. Pour in kefir with soda and mix again with a whisk.
  7. The dough turns out to be as thick as on pancakes - it flows down from a spoon in a thick stream.
  8. Grate the sausage on a coarse grater or chop finely.
  9. In a skillet, heat 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  10. Pour one ladleful of dough into a preheated pan, cover with a lid and fry the curd pancakes over minimum heat for about 30 seconds, until it is browned on the bottom.
  11. Add 1 teaspoon of sausage filling to half a pancake.
  12. Cover the filling by folding the pancakes in half. Fry the "patties" under the lid for another 1 minute on each side.
  13. Proceed in this way with all the dough and filling. Add oil as needed.
  14. Remove the finished lazy "patties" from the pan to a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  15. In the same way, fry the rest of the lazy cottage cheese "patties" with sausage.
  16. "Pies" with sausage, prepared in a lazy way, are ready.
  17. We decorate lazy "pies" with fresh herbs and serve while warm.
