  1. Choose large champignons, remove the legs from each, remove the top skin from each cap.
  2. Put them in cold water for 10 minutes. If desired, you can mix water with lemon juice.
  3. Then wash the champignons, dry them, remove the pulp from the middle, salt.
  4. Finely chop the stems and flesh of the mushrooms.
  5. Heat the oil, put the chopped mushrooms, simmer over medium heat, stirring, 5 minutes.
  6. Let the mixture cool slightly and stuff the mushroom caps with it. Put the mushrooms in a pan greased with vegetable oil and covered with foil.
  7. Turn on the oven. Grate the bread finely. Put on a baking sheet and dry in the oven until it becomes ruddy.
  8. Sprinkle stuffed mushrooms with this bread and put them in the oven (at a temperature of 190 degrees).
  9. Bring the mushrooms to half-cooked (15 minutes), sprinkle with bread again and bring to readiness (10 minutes).
  10. Decorate lean stuffed champignons with herbs and serve.
