A simple, quick dish with an unusual flavor combination - tender liver pancakes with seeds. Sunflower seeds perfectly complement the taste of the liver. And if you serve liver pancakes with sour cream and herbs, it will be very difficult to resist such a dish!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the liver into small arbitrary pieces.
  2. Send the chopped liver to the blender bowl and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the liver mass into a deep bowl. Add flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Add sunflower seeds.
  5. Salt and pepper. Mix well again.
  6. The dough should not be too liquid - a little thicker than the dough for ordinary pancakes.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread the liver mass in the pan with a tablespoon, forming pancakes. Fry the liver pancakes on a minimum heat for about 5 minutes.
  8. Then flip the pancakes from the liver and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Serve ready-made liver pancakes with seeds to the table, optionally decorating with parsley leaves and adding sour cream, mayonnaise or any other sauce to your taste. However, after all, it is sour cream that emphasizes the taste of these original pancakes best of all.
  10. Bon appetit!
