The most delicate liver pancakes without flour! Incredibly tasty and fast! Pancakes are very soft, tasty

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We clean the onions and carrots.
  2. Finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add onion and fry until translucent.
  4. Add grated carrots. Stir and fry until the carrots are cooked.
  5. We wash the liver, remove all films. Cut the liver into small pieces. Liver pancakes can be made from any liver, but beef, in my opinion, is the most delicious.
  6. To remove excess oil, fried onions and carrots are transferred to a sieve.
  7. We cut off the crusts of bread (you can take any, including rye). Cut the bread into small pieces.
  8. We pass the liver, carrots with onions and slices of bread through a meat grinder.
  9. If the liver mass is too liquid, add more bread - this is how we regulate the density of the liver mass. The mass should be like thick sour cream.
  10. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
  11. Add the egg, salt and pepper to the liver mass. We mix everything. Let the liver mass stand for a while, 7-10 minutes.
  12. Add a little vegetable oil to a heated frying pan and spread the liver mass with a spoon.
  13. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  14. Lay the liver pancakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
  15. Liver pancakes with carrots are ready! Serve as a separate dish. Also, liver pancakes are very good with any side dish.
