The original recipe for cauliflower. Cabbage is first marinated in yogurt with soy sauce and mustard, and then baked in the oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Defrost frozen cauliflower at room temperature. We clean the cauliflower from the top leaves. If the cabbage is large, we disassemble it into inflorescences. To the cabbage, add the onion, peeled from the upper husk and cut into half rings.
  2. Thoroughly wash wild garlic under running water, sort and cut into small pieces. Add chopped wild garlic to cauliflower and onion.
  3. Grind the garlic into natural yogurt with a garlic press.
  4. Add mustard, soy sauce and paprika to yogurt and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour dressing over cauliflower, onion and wild garlic. Mix thoroughly. Leave aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Take the foil and fold it in half. In the middle of the foil lay out the pickled cauliflower with onions and wild garlic. Close the foil and put the dish in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Serve cauliflower baked in yoghurt-mustard marinade directly in foil. You can sprinkle with herbs if you like.
