From minced meat, you can cook original cutlets in the oven using silicone molds!

Ingredients

  1. Boil quail eggs for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Then cool in cold water and peel off the shell.
  3. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Beat the egg into the minced meat, add salt, ground black pepper and ground paprika.
  6. Stir the minced meat until the ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves.
  7. Line the sides of silicone muffin cups (6 pieces) with thin strips of bacon.
  8. Arrange the prepared minced meat in molds, using about 2/3 of the total volume of minced meat.
  9. Place one quail egg in the center of each muffin.
  10. Spread the remaining minced meat on top, covering the eggs with it.
  11. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  12. Spread shredded cheese on top of each muffin.
  13. Bake meat "muffins" in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  14. Remove the finished meat "muffins" from the molds and transfer to a plate.
