Rolls of chopped pork pieces, with butter, herbs and cheese, fried in flour breading and stewed in sour cream and garlic sauce - a chic dish worthy of a festive table.

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Remove the butter from the refrigerator ahead of time.
  3. Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. In the process of cooking, you will need cling film and toothpicks.
  5. Cut the pork into portions across the fibers with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, as for chops.
  6. Put the meat on the work surface, cover with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  7. Rinse dill and parsley, dry and finely chop. Set aside a small amount of greens for serving.
  8. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
  9. Put soft butter in a bowl, add herbs and garlic.
  10. To stir thoroughly. It turns out a delicious fragrant oil.
  11. Cut the cheese into strips about 1 cm thick.
  12. Brush each piece of meat with butter.
  13. Place two slices of cheese on each piece of meat.
  14. Roll the meat with the filling into rolls and secure with toothpicks.
  15. Roll each roll in flour on all sides.
  16. Pour vegetable oil into a heated pan and lay out the rolls. Fry the rolls on all sides for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  17. Prepare the sauce. To do this, in a bowl, combine sour cream and garlic passed through a press.
  18. Add warm water, salt and ground pepper. Stir the sauce with a whisk.
  19. Remove toothpicks from rolls. Transfer the rolls to a dry skillet and pour over the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the rolls over low heat for 25-30 minutes. During cooking, turn the rolls over to the other side, after about 15 minutes.
  20. Meat rolls with herbs and cheese, stewed in sour cream and garlic sauce, are ready.
  21. Sprinkle the rolls with the reserved herbs and serve immediately.
  22. Enjoy your meal!
