Rolls of chopped pork pieces, smeared inside with garlic-tomato sauce with parsley, are very fragrant, tender and tasty. Thanks to the preliminary frying, the rolls are covered with a ruddy crust, which gives the dish an appetizing look. These rolls can be served as an independent dish or with any side dish.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Rinse the meat and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Rinse the parsley and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  4. In the process of cooking, you will need food foil and toothpicks.
  5. Prepare the sauce. To do this, pour 1 tbsp into the pan. a spoonful of vegetable oil, add butter and put on medium heat.
  6. Add tomato sauce to the pan.
  7. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and add to the pan to the tomato sauce.
  8. Finely chop the parsley and add to the pan as well.
  9. Salt, pepper, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
  10. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  11. Cut the pork into portions and beat off on both sides. Salt and pepper.
  12. Brush each piece of pork with the prepared sauce.
  13. Roll the meat into rolls and fasten with toothpicks.
  14. Pour the remaining vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over high heat. Place the rolls in the pan, seam side down, and fry each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  15. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  16. Remove the rolls from the pan, remove the toothpicks and place in a dish with the seam down. Pour water into the mold.
  17. Cover the form with foil and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
  18. Then take the pan out of the oven and let stand without removing the foil for 5 minutes.
  19. Carefully remove the foil from the mold.
  20. Arrange the garlic-tomato meatballs on a plate and serve hot with any garnish, such as mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
