An original dish that lovers of meat with fruit will appreciate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare the ingredients. For cooking, pork loin or tenderloin is best suited.
  2. We cut the pork into layers about 1 cm thick. From the amount of meat indicated in the recipe, I got 5 layers.
  3. We beat off the layers of meat on both sides.
  4. Salt and pepper (you can use other seasonings to your liking).
  5. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces. (In peeled form, I got 50 g of orange.)
  6. From the edge of the layer of beaten meat lay out pieces of orange.
  7. Tightly wrap the meat with the filling in a roll. In a similar way, we will form rolls from the remaining meat and orange.
  8. In a deep bowl, beat the egg with a whisk. Dip each meatloaf in the egg.
  9. Then we bread the rolls in breadcrumbs.
  10. Heat the oil in a frying pan and lay out the rolls. Fry the rolls over low heat on all sides until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  11. Ready-made meat rolls with orange can be served whole, or can be cut into pieces.
  12. Bon appetit!
