Meatloaf baked with potatoes for a side dish is a great option for those who want to reduce the preparation time for lunch or dinner.

  8. We clean the garlic. Grated melted cheese on a large or medium grater. Dill washed, dried and finely chopped.

  10. Peel the potatoes, cut into 4 parts and put in a saucepan. (Large potatoes can be cut into 8 parts.) Pour the potatoes with water, add the remaining salt and put on fire.
  11. Cook the potatoes under the lid for 5 minutes after boiling (over low heat).
  12. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180-190 degrees.
  13. Lubricate the layer of meat with the filling, evenly distributing it over the surface.
  14. We tightly twist the meat layer with the filling into a roll.
  15. Sprinkle meatloaf on the outside with seasoning for meat.
