A very original fried melon appetizer that will surprise your loved ones. Sweet melon combined with pepper and in crispy batter is just a godsend for those who like to experiment in the kitchen.

  1. Prepare ingredients for batter-fried melon. If you do not like very hot, replace green peppers with shallots.
  2. Mix flour, starch, pepper and salt. Finely chop the chili pepper and add to the bowl.
  3. Break the egg and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add water and mix until smooth. The melon batter is ready.
  5. Peel the melon and cut into cubes.
  6. Sprinkle some flour on a plate. Roll the melon pieces in flour.
  7. Then dip into the prepared batter.
  8. Fry the melon in batter in a frying pan heated with oil until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  9. Lay the pieces of fried melon on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  10. Roasted melon is ready.
