Oven minced chicken nuggets are a great and healthy alternative to fast food.

  1. First, let's prepare the minced chicken.
  2. We wash the chicken thighs and clean them from skin and bones.
  3. We place the chicken fillet in a blender bowl, add dried garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Grind the fillet until smooth.
  5. Preparing ingredients for breading.
  6. Grind stale white bread in a blender. We take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance.
  7. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  8. Add softened butter, paprika and a little salt to the crushed stale bread.
  9. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.
  10. Beat the eggs with a fork.
  11. We form small balls from minced meat and roll them first in flour.
  12. Then dip in egg.
  13. Then roll in the breading mixture.
  14. Lay the nuggets on a baking sheet (parchment is not required). We send it to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  15. Preparing the sauce for the nuggets.
  16. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt.
  17. Mix together mustard, mayonnaise and honey.
