Minced meat roll with boiled eggs

Thanks to carrots, onions and bread, which are added to minced meat, the roll turns out to be soft, non-dry and literally melts in your mouth. And boiled eggs, located in the middle of the roll, make it bright and interesting.

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
  2. I used minced pork, but you can also take mixed: pork + beef or pork + chicken.
  3. Boil six eggs hard boiled (10 minutes after boiling) and cool in cold water.
  4. Peel and chop the onion with a meat grinder or cut into very small cubes.
  5. Cut off the crust from the banana. We break the banana into pieces.
  6. Pour the loaf with milk and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Peel the carrots and rub on a medium grater.
  8. Finely chop the parsley. We leave about a quarter of the parsley to decorate the finished roll.
  9. In a bowl, combine minced meat, onions, carrots, a long loaf (you do not need to squeeze a long loaf from milk) and parsley.
  10. Add two raw eggs, salt and pepper mixture.
  11. Mix everything until smooth.
  12. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  13. Boiled eggs are peeled.
  14. Spread the minced meat on a foil for baking with a layer about 2 cm thick. Put boiled eggs on top in the middle.
  15. The roll is quite long. If it does not fit on a baking sheet, you can divide the minced meat into two identical parts and make two rolls.
  16. We turn the roll so that the eggs are inside. Smooth the entire surface of the roll with your hands.
  17. Sprinkle the roll on all sides with breadcrumbs.
  18. We wrap the roll tightly enough in foil and fix the edges on top. Bake minced meat roll with boiled eggs in the oven for 50-60 minutes. We check the readiness of the roll with a wooden skewer. If clear juice is released when pierced, the roll is ready.
  19. After that, open the foil and bake the roll for about 10 more minutes so that it browns. Let the roll cool down a bit.
  20. Then sprinkle the minced meat roll with boiled eggs with the remaining parsley. Cut the roll into pieces and serve.
