Muffins with chicken and mushrooms

Chicken muffins can be prepared with different ingredients. For example, you can put any mushrooms, so your snack will be even tastier and more fragrant.

Ingredients

• poultry fillets (2 pcs.);
• 125 g of cheese;
• 430 g of mushrooms;
• two medium onions
• greens (fresh and dried);
• two spoons of soy dressing;
• 120 ml cream (non-fat)

Directions

1. Cut chicken fillets into small cubes, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with spices, put chopped fresh herbs and dried, mix and leave to marinate.
2. Shake the onion into cubes and sauté in oil, then put the chopped mushrooms in it, and as soon as all the liquid evaporates, season the ingredients with pepper and pour in the cream, simmer for ten minutes.
3. Place the marinated meat in the cupcake tins, place the mushroom mass on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Send muffins in the oven for 20 minutes (temperature 190 ° C).
