I strongly recommend cooking a pizza with a delicious mushroom filling in sour cream sauce, on a thin yeast dough. Pizza according to this recipe is prepared without mayonnaise, but it turns out very tasty.

  1. Pour warm water into a bowl. Next, add yeast and mix lightly. Add sugar, mix well so that the yeast dissolves in water.
  2. After that, add a little flour (3-4 tablespoons), mix well again and set aside in a warm place for 15 minutes, so that the dough comes up.
  3. After the dough has come up, add the rest of the flour, mix.
  4. Then add salt. Next add sunflower oil.
  5. We begin to knead the dough with our hands. After kneading the dough, cover it with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, so that the dough comes up.
  6. While the dough is rising, make the filling. To do this, first clean and cut the mushrooms into medium cubes.
  7. Then cut the onion into a medium dice.
  8. Fry the onion until half cooked
  9. In parallel, fry the mushrooms until half cooked.
  10. After everything is fried, add the already fried onions to the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Then add sour cream. Stir and simmer over low heat for 7-8 minutes. Let the filling cool completely.
  12. After the dough has risen, you can begin to shape the pizza.
  13. To do this, tear off a small piece of dough. Sprinkle the table and a piece of dough with a small amount of flour and again knead it a little with your hands. Next, sprinkle the rolling pin with flour and begin to roll out the dough in the form of a baking sheet.
  14. Carefully roll the rolled out dough onto the rolling pin. And put it on a baking sheet previously greased with a small amount of sunflower oil.
  15. Next, spread the mushroom filling on it and distribute it around the entire perimeter of the baking sheet.
  16. Put grated cheese on top and put in the oven. We bake pizza at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Since all ovens are different, periodically check the pizza for readiness.
