Mushrooms in bacon with BBQ sauce

A quick, simple and tasty appetizer - grilled champignons. Mushrooms are cooked in bacon, with barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

• Medium size champignon mushrooms - 24 pcs.
• Bacon - 12 strips
• BBQ sauce - 1 cup

Directions

1. Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap one mushroom in each half, fasten with a toothpick.
2. Brush bacon-wrapped mushrooms with barbecue sauce.
3. Roast the mushrooms on an open grill, over medium heat, for 10-15 minutes, until the bacon is crispy. While grilling the champignons, periodically turn the mushrooms over and brush with the remaining sauce.
4. Serve the mushrooms wrapped in bacon hot.
