Mussels baked with vegetables

A bright, tasty and very healthy dish of mussels can be prepared for the festive table as a hot snack.

Ingredients

  1. Place one mussel on each shell half. Lay the mussels in shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Onion cut into small cubes. Bulgarian pepper can be taken in different colors. Cut the pepper into small cubes as well.
  3. Fry the chopped vegetables in a frying pan with 20 g of butter for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked. Salt vegetables to taste.
  4. We distribute the fried vegetables among all the shells.
  5. Bread crumbs are mixed with grated Parmesan, a clove of garlic passed through a press and 50 g of butter.
  6. Spread the mixture over the vegetables. We send a baking sheet with mussels to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Ready baked mussels are served hot to the table. Bon appetit!
