"Octopus" from sausages in batter

It is very easy to cook sausages in batter, and if you make them in the form of octopuses, then you will be able to not only quickly feed your family, but also bring a smile to the face of your household. Octopussy are made from mini sausages that are deep fried in batter.

  2. Add sour cream, salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Whisk again.
  4. Add sifted flour and stir until smooth. The dough-batter should turn out like pancakes.
  5. We clean the sausages, conditionally divide each into two parts. We cut one half of the sausage crosswise (see video), and dip the second in batter.
  6. We heat up the oil for deep-frying (in a cauldron) and carefully lower the battered sausages into the hot oil. Fry on both sides until golden.
  7. Battered sausage "octopuses" are ready to please your family and guests.
