Original appetizer

An appetizer of crab sticks is in no way inferior to pickles and sauerkraut. A wonderful spicy appetizer with vodka. Simple, fast and very tasty!

Ingredients

• Crab sticks - 500 g
• For filling:
• Processed cheese - 200 g
• Garlic - 20-25 g (5-6 cloves)
• Salt - to taste
• Mayonnaise or sour cream - 100 g

Directions

1. Knead the processed cheese with crushed garlic, mayonnaise (sour cream) and salt.
2. Defrost crab sticks so that they are at room temperature.
3. We spin the wand.
4. Stuff with prepared stuffing and roll again.
5. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
6. Cut into pieces. The original appetizer is ready!
