Oven baked cauliflower with apple and onion

A delicious combination of cauliflower, juicy apple and crispy onions baked in the oven. It turns out a great option for a vegetarian or lean dinner.

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Turn on the oven, let it warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  3. Rinse the cauliflower and sort into small inflorescences, removing dense stems.
  4. Peel the red onion and cut into small cubes. Add chopped onion to cauliflower florets.
  5. Rinse the apple, cut into 4 parts, remove the core. If the skin is hard and dense, then it is better to cut it off. Cut the apple pulp into small cubes and add to the cauliflower and onion.
  6. Drizzle prepared foods with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Stir gently.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flatten and place in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Stir the vegetables with the apple 2-3 times while baking.
  9. The cabbage should brown slightly.
  10. Remove the cooked cauliflower and apple from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped dill if desired.
