Oyster mushroom julienne with melted cheese

From such mushrooms as oyster mushrooms, you get a magnificent julienne - fragrant and tender!

Ingredients

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Rinse the oyster mushrooms, dry and cut into thin strips.
  3. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Melt the butter in a hot frying pan. Put the oyster mushrooms in hot oil and fry for 1 minute over high heat, then add the chopped onion.
  5. Saute mushrooms and onions, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Add salt, ground pepper and sour cream. Cook mushrooms, stirring, 2 minutes. Then add flour and mix again. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  6. Divide the mushroom mass into small baking dishes.
  7. Put about 1/3 of the melted cheese into each mold for mushrooms and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. At the end of baking, you can hold the julienne under the grill for a couple of minutes so that the cheese “cap” is appetizingly browned.
  8. Oyster mushroom julienne with melted cheese is ready. Serve the julienne at the table immediately while the cheese is stretching.
