A great option for breakfast or a snack - pancakes with ham. They are equally good both hot and chilled. Pancakes on kefir are prepared simply, they turn out to be airy, and thanks to the ham filling they taste like pizza. Easy, satisfying and very affordable!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, combine the egg, salt and sugar. We mix.
  2. Kefir is slightly heated in the microwave at minimum power or in a saucepan at minimum heat.
  3. Pour the kefir into the bowl with the egg mixture. We mix.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix baking soda and vinegar. The mixture will begin to foam - this is normal. Pour soda, slaked with vinegar, into a bowl with egg-kefir mixture. We mix.
  5. Cut the ham into small pieces and also send it to a bowl.
  6. Mix again.
  7. Partially, stirring each time, pour the flour through a fine sieve.
  8. Thoroughly knead the dough until smooth and leave on the table for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. We put in a pan about 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of dough, forming small pancakes. Before each portion of the dough, dip the spoon in cold water so that the dough easily slides off the spoon into the pan.
  10. Cover and fry the pancakes over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  11. In the same way, fry the rest of the pancakes, adding vegetable oil to the pan as needed.
  12. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  13. Snack pancakes on kefir, with ham, ready.
  14. Bon appetit!
