Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and finely chop the green onions.
In a large bowl put mashed potatoes, egg, 3 tablespoons flour, and
prepared cheddar cheese and green onions. Season with pepper. Thoroughly mix the mixture for vegetable pancakes.
Hands from the prepared potato mixture form small balls of about 12 pcs. and form pancakes 1-1.5 cm thick.
Prepared pancakes with mashed potatoes sprinkle with flour on both sides and
spread in portions on a hot pan with oil. Fry the potato pancakes until crispy golden-brown crust on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Add oil as needed to the pan between batches.
Spread the finished pancakes on paper towels and sprinkle with a little salt. We serve
pancakes with mashed potatoes with sour cream and herbs. Bon appetit!!!
