  3. Cut the onion into fairly large cubes.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan to cover the bottom. Pour the onion there, sprinkle with pepper and put on fire. Fry until golden brown, uncovered. When the onion is fried, reduce the temperature to medium and add the butter.
  5. Spread the mushrooms on top of the onion. Stir the contents of the pan only after 2 minutes. Add 1 clove of garlic, squeezed through a press, and salt. Stir and wait for the liquid to boil. After fry the mushrooms and add the ground coriander. We send ready-made mushrooms with onions to the meat.
  6. Cooking dough for pancakes. Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Add salt and sugar, beat again. Add milk and stir.
  7. We introduce flour and pour out sunflower oil.
  8. Pour a ladle of dough into a heated frying pan, greased with oil (the amount depends on the diameter of the frying pan) and distribute it along the bottom in a circular motion. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  9. We spread the filling on the pancakes and wrap it with a roll, tucking the edges.
  10. Pancakes stuffed with meat and mushrooms are ready.
