Pickled sweet cabbage

A recipe for pickled cabbage with the addition of sweet peppers, carrots, and more sugar than usual. It turns out delicious.

Ingredients

  1. Shred the cabbage.
  2. Peel the sweet pepper from the stalks and seeds, cut into thin strips.
  3. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Clean the carrots, cut into strips.
  5. Mix vegetables.
  6. Add salt and sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix everything well.
  7. Let the coleslaw stand at room temperature for 30-40 minutes until the juice appears.
  8. Wash jars thoroughly and sterilize.
  9. Put cabbage salad with carrots, onions and sweet peppers into prepared jars.
  10. Close with plastic lids and put the sweet pickled cabbage in a cold place.
