Ever since Italian pizza became incredibly popular, its restaurant recipes have quickly moved into the home kitchens of many housewives around the world. But not always homemade pizza is the same as in Italian restaurants and pizzerias. The secret of pizza lies in the temperature at which the pizza is baked, namely 350 degrees and above.

  1. Preparing the dough
  2. Fill the yeast with warm water and stir to avoid lumps. Add flour, and salt and knead the dough. Knead it for about 10 minutes. The dough should become soft and elastic.
  3. Grease the dough on all sides with olive oil and place in a clean large bowl. Cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  4. Then knead the dough, divide it into 2 equal parts, and form balls. Put them on a floured surface, cover with cling film and leave for 60 minutes.
  5. With your hands, stretch the dough to a layer of the desired thickness. Spread the filling and send in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  6. The filling is traditional.
  7. Salami, tomato, onion cut into rings. Sprinkle with chopped bell peppers.
  8. Spread in the form of scales, alternating salami, tomato, and onion, so that the tomato slices lay on the onion.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped bell peppers.
  10. Chicken stuffing.
  11. Fry the chopped onion, add chopped bell pepper, and sauté a little.
  12. Add minced chicken, fry for 5-7 minutes, salt and pepper.
  13. Add chopped greens, cool.
  14. Spread on the dough, and pour melted butter.
