Pizza on a yeast crust, with a fragrant sauce of tomatoes, onions and basil and a filling of pineapples, olives and boiled chicken fillet is an incredibly tasty and fragrant dish.

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Sift flour.
  3. Rinse and pat dry the basil.
  4. In the process of cooking, you will need parchment paper.
  5. Prepare pizza dough. To do this, in a suitable container, combine warm water, 30 ml of olive oil, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir.
  6. Add yeast and mix well.
  7. Pour in the sifted flour.
  8. Knead soft yeast dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 35-40 minutes.
  9. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. To do this, rinse the chicken fillet, cover with water, add the remaining salt and cook the fillet until cooked (about 20 minutes after boiling).
  10. Then cool the chicken meat and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  11. Cut olives into rings.
  12. Cut pineapple rings into medium-sized pieces.
  13. Prepare the sauce. To do this, peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  14. Saute the onion in a skillet with the remaining olive oil until translucent.
  15. Add tomato slices to the onion. If the pieces are large, pre-grind them with a fork or knife.
  16. Cut the basil into medium pieces and add to the sauce. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Cool down the sauce.
  17. The dough has tripled in size so you can make pizza.
  18. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  19. Spread parchment on the table and roll out the dough into a round layer 5-6 mm thick (approximately 30-32 cm in diameter).
  20. Lubricate the dough with the prepared sauce.
  21. Spread the chicken and pineapple pieces evenly over the dough.
  22. Add olives, grate cheese on a medium grater on top. Then move the pizza along with the parchment onto a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  23. Pizza with chicken and pineapple is ready.
  24. Cut the pizza into portions and serve.
