Many of us love pizza, because it is always very tasty and satisfying. Let's make a pizza with minced meat, mushrooms, tomato and cheese. First, knead the yeast dough on kefir and sour cream, and for the filling, fry the minced meat with onions and cut the mushrooms and tomatoes. We will form a pizza, generously cover everything with cheese and bake until golden brown - a simple formula for appetizing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Any stuffing will do. I used pork and beef.
  3. Sour cream and kefir will suit any fat content; dairy products should be at room temperature.
  4. Pour sugar and dry yeast into warm water. Stir and leave in a warm place for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
  5. Add sour cream and kefir of any fat content to the yeast mass. Stir.
  6. Add sifted flour and salt.
  7. Stir with a spoon so that all the ingredients are well moistened.
  8. Pour in vegetable oil and knead the dough with your hands.
  9. Put the dough in a deep bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes to increase in volume.
  10. In the meantime, prepare the filling.
  11. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  12. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and send to the pan. Fry the onion over high heat for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned, stirring constantly with a spatula.
  13. Add minced meat. Work with a spatula to break up lumps. Cook for 3-4 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
  14. At the end of frying, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the minced meat to a separate bowl and set aside.
  15. The dough has rested - you can proceed to the next steps.
  16. Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees.
  17. Punch down the dough on a floured board. I cover the board with parchment.
  18. Roll out the dough into a 30 cm diameter layer. Together with parchment, transfer the dough to a baking dish or onto a baking sheet.
  19. For sauce, mix mayonnaise with ketchup.
  20. Lubricate the dough with the resulting sauce.
  21. Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into thin slices.
  22. Lay the mushrooms on the dough.
  23. Distribute the cooled fried minced meat over the mushrooms.
  24. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut into thin slices.
  25. Lay the tomatoes on top of the minced meat. You can salt and pepper a little.
  26. Grate melted cheese on a coarse grater. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
  27. Put two types of cheese on the tomatoes.
  28. Send the pizza with mushrooms, minced meat and tomatoes to the oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees, for 25-35 minutes. Baking time depends on the power of the oven. Cheese and dough should be browned.
  29. Pizza with minced meat, mushrooms, tomato and cheese is ready.
  30. Serve the pizza immediately.
  31. Bon appetit!
