Homemade pizza on a lush crust is always a good option. Soft yeast dough, simple tasty sauce and many, many simple and tasty toppings - sausage, onion, ripe tomatoes and cheese. A simple recipe will be mastered by cooks without preparation, because the products for it are the most common and are available in any refrigerator.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the dough ingredients.
  2. Sift flour (500 g is 3 cups with a capacity of 250 ml with a slide).
  3. Heat the water slightly, dissolve sugar, yeast and salt in it.
  4. Add two tablespoons of flour. Stir and leave for 5 minutes.
  5. When the dough begins to increase in volume, add half of the remaining flour. Stir with a whisk to break up lumps.
  6. Pour in vegetable oil (I added sunflower oil, but olive oil can also be used).
  7. Then dust the table with flour.
  8. Add the rest of the flour to the dough.
  9. Gather the dough with your hands and put it on the table.
  10. Use your hands to knead a smooth yeast dough - kneading takes 5-7 minutes. The dough is ready when it stops sticking to the table.
  11. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.
  12. While the dough is rising, prepare everything for the filling. You can use any sausage, I had a boiled-smoked servelat.
  13. Combine ketchup with mayonnaise in a bowl. Stir.
  14. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  15. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  16. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin semicircles.
  17. The dough has grown 2-3 times - punch it down and release all the air.
  18. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the dough on it.
  19. Use your hands to stretch the dough all over the baking sheet.
  20. Grease the entire surface of the cake with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise, leaving about 1 cm around the edge.
  21. Put the sausage on the sauce.
  22. Spread the onion over the sausage.
  23. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle over the entire surface of the filling.
  24. Lay the semicircles of tomatoes on top of the pizza.
  25. Salt the pizza lightly, pepper it and leave it for a while.
  26. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  27. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the sides are golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the tomatoes are cooked through.
  28. Cut the hot pizza with sausage, onions, tomatoes and cheese into portions and serve immediately!
