Fans of the flavor combination of greens and cheese in baked goods will surely enjoy pizza with fresh spinach, soft avocado and tender mozzarella.

Ingredients

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Heat the water up to 36-37 degrees.
  3. Combine half of warm water with salt, mix and set aside. Break up the yeast and add the rest of the warm water along with the sugar. Stir and also set aside for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Sift the flour into a large bowl. Make a well in the flour, pour the water with yeast and water with salt into the well. Add olive oil.
  5. Carefully picking flour from the edges to the center, knead a soft, springy dough.
  6. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes, saturating it with air.
  7. Form the dough into a ball, cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  8. The risen dough must be kneaded.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  10. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Spread the dough on the baking sheet with a layer of about 5 mm.
  11. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread half evenly on the dough.
  12. Wash the spinach thoroughly, cut off the stems. Dry the clean spinach leaves with a towel and cut (or tear) into arbitrary pieces. Spread the spinach evenly over the mozzarella layer.
  13. Spread the remaining cheese on top of the spinach.
  14. Rinse the avocado, cut in half lengthwise, remove the pit. Carefully remove the pulp with a tablespoon and cut into slices of medium thickness. Lay the avocado slices on top. Sprinkle the pizza with salt and black pepper.
  15. Pizza with spinach, avocado and mozzarella bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned.
  16. Ready pizza must be removed from the oven and immediately served to the table.
