Pork and ham rolls are an original dish that will amaze you not only with its appetizing appearance, but also with its incredible taste. The filling of two types of olives (green and black), fresh parsley and garlic harmoniously complements juicy meat, creating a rich flavor ensemble.

  3. We cut the meat into thin plates (1-1.5 cm thick).
  4. We beat off each piece of meat with a kitchen hammer.
  5. Rub the meat with salt and pepper mixture.
  6. Finely chop the olives and olives.
